- Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

- PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses: Some shipping carriers may not be able to deliver to these addresses. If this is the case, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

- In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will guide you through the process for filing a claim with the carrier and arranging for a replacement or refund.
